Booking via Progenda
When you click on "Book an appointment", you are redirected to the external Progenda platform. This platform has its own privacy policy, available at progenda.be. Centre Médical Martine Rixhon does not have access to data entered on Progenda outside the strict context of medical appointment booking.
Medical data
Medical data collected during consultations at Centre Médical Martine Rixhon are protected by medical confidentiality (Belgian law on patients' rights of 22 August 2002) and by the GDPR.
This data is kept in the patient's medical file for the legal duration (30 years after the last consultation, in accordance with Belgian legislation).
No medical data is shared with a third party (employer, insurer, family) without your explicit consent.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your data
- Right of rectification
- Right to erasure (except for legal obligation to keep medical files)
- Right to limitation of processing
- Right to portability
- Right to object
